McCormick Motors To Sell Hino Medium-Duty Trucks

NAPPANEE- McCormick Motors, Nappanee, announced they have been awarded the Hino truck franchise.
Hino is the medium-duty truck division of Toyota Motor Co.
While relatively unknown in Indiana, Hino trucks have been nationally recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for customer satisfaction for the last two years in a row.
Hino truck offers medium-duty trucks from 14,050 to 33,000 gross vehicle weight rating, all powered with Hino J-series diesel engines mated to either the Allison automatic transmission or the Eaton manual transmission. The truck is built in Williamstown, W.Va., with engineering support located in Detroit.
The dealership recently completed their initial product training and will unveil the truck line to the public Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
An announcement will be made at noon by Bernie Beer, president, McCormick Motors. In addition to introducing the hino truck line, he will comment on developments with General Motors and the impact on the dealershp.
