Jim Rudhman, Car and Light Duty Truck Service Manager, joined McCormick Motors in 1984, following his graduation from Ball State University with a degree marketing management. He is also a graduate of the General Motors Automotive University and for the past seven years has been recognized by General Motors with "The Only the Best" organization for his excellence as a service manager

Sheryl Wineland, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Service Consultant, joined McCormick Motors in April 2005. Her previous work experience includes Account Manager and Sales Representative for Ascot Enterprises.

Max Richcreek, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, started at McCormick Motors in 1970. He has 100% Chevrolet Certification for Automobile and Light Duty Truck repair. In January 1998, Chevrolet Motor Division recognized Max for his expertise and participation in the Chevrolet Certified Technician program. Of the original 34,000 participating Chevrolet technicians nationwide, only 2,263 attained the highest rating of Master Technician. The Chevrolet Certified Technician program is designed to motivate technicians and raise their level of expertise. The program consists of participation in required training at the General Motors Training Center, in-dealership Certified Training, and a minimum score of 95% or more on a series of exams taken throughout the course of the past year. Max is certified by GM in engine performance and repair, manual and automatic transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical repair.

Juan Roa, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, started working at McCormick Motors in July 1988. He has 100% Chevrolet Certification for Automobile and Light Duty Truck repair. Juan has an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology from Vincennes University and a Bachelors Degree in Automotive Technology from Indiana State University. In 1994, he achieved his ASE Certification as a Master Technician and in 1997, he received his certification from Chevrolet as a certified technician in engine performance and repair, steering, suspension, brakes and HVAC. In 2005, Juan received his ASE Master Certification for Advanced Level Specialist in Engine Performance and Brakes ? Juan is one of the few technicians to achieve this certification in the United States.

Willie Prescott, Jr, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors over 25 years ago in 1978. He is a graduate of the GM Automotive Training School and works closely with secondary manufacturers on their chassis modifications.

Adam McKinney,Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in July 2003, after graduation from Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in March 2003. He is certified by GM for engine repair, diesel engines, engine performance, electrical systems and advanced technology engines. He is also certified as a refrigerant and recycling technician.

Josh Firestone, Automobile and Light Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in May 2005. Josh has received GM certification for electrical and Tech 2 courses.

Duane Moneyheffer, Medium Duty Truck Service Manager, joined McCormick Motors in 1972 and has over 25 years with the company. He spent 20 years as a heavy and medium duty truck technician before becoming the medium duty truck service manager in 1994.

Jim Amsden, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in February 1997. A technician since 1968, he has 35 years of automotive experience and training. He is a graduate of the GM Automotive Training School, the Allison 1000/2000 series Certification Program and the Duramax Diesel Certification Program. He is certified by GM Medium Duty in automatic transmission and HVAC repairs.

Michael Stull, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in April 2001. A technician since 1990, he is ASE certified and is certified by GM on the full range of Duramax diesel engines. He is a graduate of the Allison 1000/2000 series Certification Program and is certified by GM Medium Duty in engine, automatic transmission, steering, suspension and HVAC repairs.

Doug Helmuth, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in June 2004. Doug has 4 years of automotive repair experience. He is a graduate of the GM Automotive Training School, is ASE certified, and is a graduate of the Duramax Diesel Certification Program. Doug is certified by GM Medium Duty certification for repairs on steering, suspensions, automatic and manual transmissions, brakes, and engines. He is also the lead installer of the LINK air ride suspension system.

Josh George, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors following his graduation from Triton High School in June 2004. He was the first technician to participate in the McCormick Motors scholarship program. In November 2004 he departed for Wyoming Tech with a $2,800 scholarship from the dealership and graduated with a degree in diesel technology. He is a graduate of the Duramax Diesel Certification Program and is certified by GM Medium Duty in engine, manual transmission, brake and suspension repairs.

Brian Kauffman, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors November 2004, and participated in the dealership's scholarship program. Brian received scholarship funds based on hours worked which was used to defray the cost of his tools after graduating from high school. He is a graduate of the Duramax Diesel Certification Program and is certified by GM Medium Duty in brake and manual transmission repairs.

Adam Hoffer, Medium Duty Truck Technician, joined McCormick Motors in January 2007. He is a graduate of Warsaw High School and holds an Associates Degree in diesel engines and automatic transmissions from Northwestern University in Ohio.

Ivy Arndt,Service Administrator joined McCormick Motors in June 2004.  She is a graduate of the Chevrolet Medium Duty Certification Program and has been certified as a Commercial Sales Consultant and Service Consultant.  Ivy brings with her 10 years of work experience including Human Resources and Office Manager from International Wire.
